located at Vasai in the state of Maharashtra, India. We have the

first to introduce twin speed controlled door closing devices in
India & also we were the first to introduce Universal Concealed
door closers in India. All our products have closing & latching
speed which can be controlled independent of each other.

Pinion bearings
are made from special composite material to give very low friction
operation & remarkable durability.
The closing
& Latching speeds are assured by independent jets. Rolex
floor springs are constructed from cast iron
with roller & ball bearing. They offer class leading , load
bearing capacity for very large & heavy doors . The unique Floor
spring guidance system ensures that, when used in double action,
the door always returns to the central position even after years
of use.
